So we’re happy to announce that new update for SMACC 6 has been released on 30th June 2019 with newly added functionalities, features and few fixes for all modules including inventory, financial accounting, point of sale, fixed assets and HR.

Multiple report options are added to facilitate the users to view their data using various filters.

Measurement Types

2 dimensional measurement types e.g. length and width functionality is added to facilitate the following businesses:

  1. Clothing
  2. Carpets
  3. Curtains
  4. Wallpapers
  5. Paper
  6. Cardboard

3 dimensional measurement types e.g. length, width and height functionality is added to assist the following businesses:

  1. Wood
  2. Marbles
  3. Floor tiles
  4. Doors
  5. Glass
  6. Concrete blocks

Note: Measurements type functionality is also linked with batches

Additional Features

Documents Upload: Documents uploading functionality is added for purchase and sales
GRR Status: GRR functionality has been modified with status of non-released, releases and invoiced documents.
Company Stamp: Company stamp image can be added to all types of reports in this update.
Discount Feature: Discount can be set to item wise or globally
Purchase Invoice Aging Report: This new report type with multiple filters has been added
Global Setup Features: Currency, description, image, purchase and sales fields can be controlled directly from Global Setup page.
Documents Prefix: Adding prefixes functionality for all types of invoices and documents is added.
Accrued Vouchers: Accrued vouchers functionality is added to facilitate the businesses to automate their weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, 6 months or annual vouchers.
Customer Search Types: Customers can be searched by name or phone numbers in this latest release.
Printer Groups: Printing is made easy with newly added Printer Groups feature.
Logged-In Salesman: Logged-In salesman can only view the pages and reports that are specifically assigned to them.
SMACC Wizard: Users can easily setup their company information by using SMACC Wizard on their first login.
Performance: Page load time is decreased and overall performance is enhanced.
