Pathetic Customer Support
It has been a very painful experience for me to contact the support team of SMACC software as your support team is consisting of some of the high quality dumb, idiots and stupid personnel who doesn’t even know what their customers are asking for and expecting from them. I have asked your support team to add a line in the invoice in the following manner which after wasting 6 hours they failed to do. The surprising thing that the format was already there in the system previously and all the support person had to do is to make a total of Amount without tax and amount of Tax and as a result of that sum the amount including tax will appear on the invoice. But the support guy failed to do that.

It is regretful that such dumb employees are hired by SMACC to provide customer support to the customers. See the attachment as the only thing is asked him is to make a summation of both items.
