Configuration Module

The currency symbol setting is separate in each module, like Inventory, FA (Financial Accounting), Fixed Assets, and HR modules.

Branches:

  • In the case of the UAE, only the “States / Provinces” field selection is mandatory.

Company Profile:

  • “Export to Excel” file option has been added.
  • Currency symbol text box has been added in this page [Currency symbol can be placed in the footers of print report formats; add a setting in global setup to print the symbol in the footer].
  • On the company profile page, the size limit for the company logo and company stamp has been increased to 30 KB previously, only 10 KB was allowed.

Activity Tracking’s:

  • “Export to Excel” file option has been added.

Tax Setup:

  • Municipality tax has been added at the Tax 1 level in sales section. It will only be applied to Tax 1.
  • We can perform on-boarding in the second last period ID if it hasn’t been done in the last period ID. However, on-boarding in the second last period ID will only be allowed if the Tax Rate Master and Tax Settings for both the second last and last periods are the same.

Tax Master:

  • Municipality functionality has been implemented and the calculation method for municipality tax will always be set to المبلغ بعد الخصم” in case of only sales module selection.
  • If tax is used in payment request page then we cannot update it from tax rate master page until the payment request will be deleted.
  • Municipality functionality is implemented in case of only ZATCA Compliance true.

Financial Accounting Module

Accounts:

Projects:

  • If we have created the project in the previous fiscal period, then in the next period, we can change the start and end dates of that project, as well as also change the customer code and all the accounts related to the project.

Transactions:

Receipts:

  • If the customer’s email information is provided in the receipt linked to the project, then that email will be automatically show in the “Send Email” popup window of the receipt.

Payment:

  • When we processed a partial payment request on the payment page, there was an issue with tax calculation. It issue has been resolved now.

Invoice:

  • Up to 10 multi retentions can be enabled for FA invoices and that setting is enable from global setup.
  • If a customer is added to the invoice, their email will automatically be displayed in the send email pop-up window.

Invoice Return:

  • If a customer is added to the invoice, their email will automatically appear in the send email pop-up window for the invoice return.

Setup:

Global Setup:

  • The option “No of Retentions Enabled on Project” has been added to the global setup page, and it will have an impact on the project and invoice pages.
  • The option “Show currency symbol in footer section on print page” has been added to the global setup page.

Inventory Module

Masters:

Item Card:

  • Is Municipality Fee Applicable checkbox has been added to the Item Card page, and it will only be visible when the Sales – Enable Municipality Fee checkbox is enabled from the Global Setup page.

Sales Groups:

  • Is Municipality Fee Applicable checkbox has been added to the Sales Group page, and it will only be visible when the Sales – Enable Municipality Fee checkbox is enabled from the Global Setup page.
  • If the municipality checkbox is selected in the Sales Group, the fee will apply only to those sales group items for which the municipality is enabled on the Item Card page.

Sales:

Goods Delivery Note:

  • When the GDN was processed in the Sales Invoice, the processed customer’s other ID type and its value were not being processed. Now it has been fixed.

Sales Invoice:

  • When we processed a Sales Order or Sales Quotation into a Sales Invoice, the processed customer’s “Other Buyer ID” and its value were not being shown over to the Sales Invoice page. But now this issue has been fixed.
  • If a customer is added to the sales invoice, their email will automatically be displayed in the send email pop-up window.

Sales Return:

  • If we create a sales return for a sales invoice that has a customer added and their email is also provided, then while making the sales return, the customer’s email from the sales invoice will automatically appear in the “Send Email” window of sales return.
  • Sales invoices can be fetched using the “Search by Item Code” search field.
  • The Municipality functionality is implemented only on the Sales Invoice and Sales Return pages with the “Standard Rate” VAT category, and we cannot create multiple sales returns against a Municipality item.
  • “Reference number” input field has been added in this page.

Sales Invoice Adjustment:

  • We cannot create sales invoice adjustment against that sales invoice which have municipality item.

Setup:

Global setup:

  • “Sales – Enable Municipality Fee” check box has been added in this page.
  • A default municipality tax rate of up to 5% (but not exceeding 5%) has been included, and a default Municipality Fee Tax Group ID for the municipality is also added.
  • The option “Show currency symbol in footer section on print page” has been added to the global setup page.

Sales Posting Setup:

  • Posting accounts for the municipality have been added, such as “Municipality Fee Credit A/C” and “Municipality Tax1 Credit A/C.”
  • Changed string page: VAT, Customer ID, Supplier’s Bank information strings have been added.
  • English and Arabic both names are added in PDF against all information.
  • Customer Master:  added multilingual icon against address text box.
  • Sales/ Finance /POS Counter Screen pages → Customer pop-up → multilingual option is added against address.
  • Enable PDF/A3 Attachment in Email string has been added in global setup only in case of KSA company profile.
  • “Show currency symbol in the footer section on print page” option has been added in the global setup.
  • “Enable PDF/A3 attachment in email” string is added, applies to:
    • Sales invoice
    • Invoice return
    • Debit note
    • Credit note
    • Project link receipt
    • FA invoice
    • Invoice return
    • POS counter screen

POS Management Module

  • If a sales invoice was made in the first period, and we create its return in the second period, the stock was being reduced in the second period instead of the first. Now, this issue has been fixed.
  • Calculate Price from Quantity and Gross Amount” check box has been added in the counters pop-up window.
  • If we add same sales group twice in the single sales invoice then the quantity was getting duplicated in the second sales group item. Now, this issue has been fixed
